Caroline in the City DVDCaroline in the City is a story of a young cartoonist living in Tribeca near New York City named Caroline Duffy played by Lea Thompson, she was originally came from Peshtigo Wisconsin and often tries to make everyone like her. During the first season of the show, she was engaged to Del Cassidy played by Eric Lutes They were engaged to be married but broke off in the season finale thus their friendship remains. Richard Karinsky portrayed by Malcolm Gets is a highly sarcastic, especially to Annie, he was a struggling artist who usually lives in slummy part of New York. Annie Spadaro played by Amy Pietz is Caroline's friend and neighbor, she is a dancer in the broadway production of Catz. She is also the one who blackmailed Richard, using the love letter he wrote for Caroline. At the end of the series, Caroline and Richard start dating. However, the show ended on a cliffhanger, as Caroline was about to get married to another man, Richard (who had broken up with his former Italian fiance) is shown at the wedding. Since the program was canceled after that episode, the Cliffhanger was not resolved. |
